Especially under poor or no lubrication conditions, it can extend the service life of friction parts.
- High Temperature Resistance: The heat resistance of PA6-CF filament reaches 186°C, which is 86% higher than ordinary nylon filament. Its mechanical properties remain stable in high-temperature environments, making it suitable for high-temperature environments in automobiles or industrial equipment.
- Accurate Sizing: Hyper PA6-CF filament has excellent dimensional stability and anti-warping effect. The addition of carbon fiber reduces the thermal expansion coefficient of the material, ensuring that gears/parts can still mesh accurately under temperature changes.
- Printing Settings: printing temperature 280-300℃, hot bed plate temperature 80℃. It is recommended to use high-strength and wear-resistant brass nozzles or hardened steel nozzles. Please dry the filament before printing. It is recommended to dry Creality Hyper nylon filament at 80°C for 8-12 hours.
